Cancellation Policy
Video Calls We understand that plans can change. Our policy for video calls is straightforward: video calls are non-refundable. However, if you book a package that includes multiple calls and do not utilize all of them, we will issue a refund for any unused calls at the standard, non-discounted rate. Video Call No-show Policy We understand things happen and strive to be flexible for our clients. If you can not make a call, please reach out as soon as you're able and we will do our best to work with you to reschedule! To ensure efficient scheduling and availability for all our clients, we have implemented a video call no-show policy. We require at least 4 hours' notice if you need to reschedule a video call. If you fail to notify us within this timeframe, or if there is a no-show (i.e., canceling the call in less than 4 hours or not appearing for the scheduled call), that session will be forfeited.
